Wall’s adds new series to its WMCTN family USB-PD chargers
Wall Industries Inc. has just introduced the WMCTN100 series of wall mount power supplies with USB-PD capabilities. This series offers 15 to 100 watts of output power in a 1.73” x 1.38” x 3.43” package. Since this a USB-PD unit, it can dynamically negotiate the optimal voltage and current to deliver safe and efficient energy transfer. All five output voltages 5V to 20V can be served by this one model.
In addition to USB-PD, this series also features low ripple and noise, over voltage, short circuit, and over current protection, as well as 2xMOPP means of protection. The WMCTN100 series is EMI/EMS certified and has IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 3rd Edition, EMC: IEC60601-1-2 (Edition 4.1), and IEC/EN/ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1 (Edition 3.2) safety approvals making it ideal for both medical and ITE applications.
