Wall Industries, Inc. broadens its product offering with the new DCHBW75 series of DC/DC power converters. This series can deliver up to 75 Watts of output power in an industry standard 2.40” x 2.28” x 0.50” half-brick package and footprint. The DCHBW75 series consists of 3.3V, 5V, 12V, 15V, 24V, 28V, and 48VDC single output models that operate over 4:1 input voltage ranges of 9-36VDC and 18-75VDC. Standard features include high efficiency up to 90%, soft start, adjustable output voltage, remote sense, six-sided shielding, and positive remote ON/OFF control.

Wall Industries, Inc. broadens its product offering with the new PSM250 and PSPW250 series of AC/DC switching power supplies. These supplies provide 250 Watts of output power with 17.1CFM forced air and 200 Watts with convection cooling. The PSM250 series has UL/cUL 60601-1, 2nd Edition, TUV EN60601-1, and CB IEC60601-1 medical safety approvals and the PSPW250 has UL/cUL 60950-1, 2nd Edition, CSA 22.2 No.60950-1-07, and NEMKO EN60950-1:2006+A11 industrial safety approvals. These supplies have a 90~264VAC input voltage range and single outputs of 12, 19, 24, 28, 30, 36, 40, and 48VDC.

Wall Industries, Inc. broadens its product offering with the new CV series of constant voltage non-isolated DC/DC converters. This series can deliver up to 3A of output current in a small open frame package. These converters have output power ranging from 1.8 to 45 Watts and operate over input voltage ranges of 2.5-5.5, 4.5-14, and 10-30VDC. This series also provides non-regulated single outputs of 5, 12, and 24VDC. Standard features include efficiency up to 95%, remote ON/OFF, and adjustable output voltage.

These converters are available in both 0.74 x 0.50 x 0.33 inch DIP and SMT packages and have a weight of only 0.16oz. The RGW3 series operates over 2:1 input voltage ranges of 4.5-9, 9-18, 18-36, or 36-75VDC and the RGUW3 operates over 4:1 input voltage ranges of 4.5-18, 9-36, or 18-75VDC. These two series have 3.3, 5, 9, 12, and 15VDC single output models and ±5, ±12, and ±15VDC dual output models available.

These converters provide 15 Watts of output power in a standard 24-pin 1.25” x 0.80” x 0.40” DIP package. The LANCW15 series operates over 2:1 input voltage ranges of 9-18, 18-36, and 36-75VDC and the LANCUW15 series operates over 4:1 input voltage ranges of 9-36 and 18-75VDC. These two series have 3.3, 5.1, 12, and 15VDC single output and ±5, ±12 and ±15VDC dual output models available.

These converters have an industry standard pin-out, weigh only 0.53oz, and are housed in a low-profile 1.0” x 1.0” x 0.39” package. The JFC20 series operates over 2:1 input voltage ranges of 9-18, 18-36, or 36-75VDC and the JFCW20 series operates over 4:1 input voltage ranges of 9-36 or 18-75VDC. These two series have 3.3, 5, 12, and 15VDC single output models and ±12 and ±15VDC dual output models available.

Wall Industries, Inc. broadens its product offering with the new "HP" 600-watt series of through hole DC/DC converters. The HP series is designed to compliment our LV and FA product lines. It is being introduced to answer the needs of higher power systems requiring low input voltages (10VDC to 36VDC) at higher power levels up to 600 watts. It retains the standard full brick pin-out of our FA product line within the increased footprint of the converter. All models are suited for industrial, network, telecommunications, and test equipment applications.

This series has a universal input range of 90~264VAC for worldwide use and has single outputs ranging from 12 to 48VDC. All models are RoHS, CEC (California Energy Commission), and Energy Star Level V compliant. The DTA250 series measures 7.42” x 4.1” x 2.36” and weighs 2.34 lbs.
