Wall Industries Announces DC/DC Converter With Output Power To 300 Watts Packaged In An Industry Standard Full Brick

Exeter, NH, March 15, 2007 - Wall Industries, Inc. broadens its product offering the "FA" 300-watt series of board mount or chassis mount DC/DC converters. All models are suited for telecommunications, industrial, mobile telecom and test equipment applications. These converters offer an ultra wide input range of 10-36VDC input. The series has single outputs of 5, 12, 15, 20, 24, 26, and 28VDC. The 48V output model will soon to be added to the output selection.
This supply is housed in the industry standard "Full Brick" size of 4.6" x 2.4" x 0.50" and a weight of only 318 grams. Additional features include high efficiencies to 90%, ultra tight line/load regulation, 1500VDC I/O isolation, -40°C to +85°C operating temperature. The standard pinout also includes remote sense, output trim ±10%, remote on/off and is synchronizable. It also has standard safety features of short circuit protection, over temperature protection, output over current fold back and has a MTBF rating of 2,212,456 hours using Bellcore TR-332 method 1 case 3.
The “FA” series is economically priced at $149.00 in OEM quantities.
